BMC 75 Anniversary Gala
Celebrating 75 Years of Biomedical Communications
BMC 75 Gala is a one-month-long virtual event that took place in June of 2021. The gala celebrated the amazing scientific and medical art produced by people from the program. It launched three virtual galleries curating the work from BMC alumni and current students. The gala also provided professional workshops, BMClasses, and a wide range of social opportunities throughout the month to keep people engaged and connected during the pandemic time. Collectibles such as puzzles, a catalogue of artworks, and BMC75 hoodies were designed and distributed as retrospective gifts of the event.

Virtual gallery developer: researching available online exhibition platforms, building and designing the virtual gallery space to accommodate more than 150 artwork, making gallery launching schedules and promo materials.
Event planning: working alongside BMC Alumni Association, planning the logistics of a scavenger hunt in the virtual galleries to engage the audience through out the gala month.
